Just a quick update about my trek from Lithia to Madison:
Yesterday, we:
- Loaded all of the moving boxes, carefully packed artwork and disassembled furniture into the U-Haul trailer
- Said goodbye to my Tampa family
- Got to Jacksonville sometime after 8 PM and stayed at a hotel for the night
Today, we:
- Left Florida and passed through Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Southern Virginia
- Stopped to rest for the night in Stony Creek, Virginia

Looks like your route will take you through the DC area. Any plans for a short pause for sightseeing?

No. We avoided the DC, NYC, and Boston areas to avoid the traffic there. We were in a rush to get here.
