🎧 Comings and Goings—Now in My Ears

Last night, for the first time, I listened to Comings and Goings – The Art of Being Seen in its entirety. Not in fragments. Not in editing mode. Just… as a listener.
It felt surreal.
These were words I typed in Word, often late at night, chasing memory and meaning. Now they live in an Audible book—with a cover I designed—and they sound good. Really good.

Bryan Haddock’s narration brings Jim Garraty to life with a quiet, grounded presence. His Jim sounds 95% like the voice I hear in my head when I write. That’s no small thing. And his Kelly? He doesn’t try to “do a girl voice.” He just listens to her, and lets her speak. It’s respectful. It’s real.
I’m glad I went the audiobook route. It’s a leap of faith, trusting someone else with your characters, your rhythm, your emotional cadence. But Bryan got it. And now, Comings and Goings is out there—alive in a new way.
I hope this helps raise my profile as a writer. I hope it finds its way to the right ears. And I hope, most of all, that it makes someone feel seen.
