Writing is a gift

That we can give to ourselves

And to the world

To explore our inner thoughts

And to share our voice

Writing is a joy

To create something new and beautiful

And to touch someone’s heart

Writing is a challenge

To overcome our doubts and fears

And to grow as a person

Writing is a journey

To discover who we are

And to connect with others

Writing is a gift

That we can give to ourselves

And to the world
