Late Morning, Friday, July 26, 2024, Madison, New Hampshire

Hey everyone, it’s a sticky Friday morning over here in eastern New Hampshire. This week has worn me out and I’ve been struggling to finish any work. Even though I had a night this week where I couldn’t get any sleep, I’m set on shaking off the tiredness and getting some writing done. My head is spinning with so many feelings – kinda feels like being back in Hurricane Andrew back in ’92.

I’m set on making progress with Reunion: Coda today. Sure, moving houses and the whole solo writing gig can get intense, but creating stories is where I find my happy place. It’s just not the same buzz you get from hanging out with people, but for me, as a writer, it keeps me going.
Stress hasn’t been my friend lately – it’s been hacking away at my self-esteem and fouling up how well I can focus, which makes my brain tick over slower. Since Tuesday, I’ve been dragging my feet and getting off to late starts, and all that’s got done on Reunion: Coda really is some tweaking here and there.
I’m telling you all this because I’d love for you to get into a story that means a lot to me, called Reunion: A Story, which I wrote way back in ’98 when I was still finding my feet in writing. It’s set during my high school days in Miami and talks about young love and how it sticks with you.
Reunion: A Story is a novella that explores the rollercoaster ride of adolescent love and the sweet ache of nostalgia. The main guy, Jim Garraty, a history prof, has to deal with his unresolved thing for his high school crush, Marty, and all the big revelations that come out of it.

If you’re on the hunt for something that’ll tug at your heartstrings and keep you hooked, Reunion: A Story is just the thing. People have told me they love how sincere and real it feels. You can grab it as a Kindle e-book for $3.99 or in paperback for $8.50 on Amazon – it’s a piece of work I poured my heart into and it supports my indie author journey.
So, if you dig my blog or the kind of stories I tell, you won’t want to miss out on Reunion: A Story. It’s a genuine, romantic read you’ll remember. Jump on this chance to get a slice of my writing adventures. Click here to pick up Reunion: A Story and dive into the world of Reunion: Coda.
