Late Afternoon, Friday, August 2, 2024, Madison, New Hampshire

Hey everyone. I’m behind schedule on this really hot and humid Friday. Barely got any sleep last night, thanks to insomnia. Managed to nod off just before the sun came up and then woke up around 8 AM. So today’s been a day of just scraping by on very little energy.

I planned to work on Reunion: Coda today, but I’m too exhausted. I will work on the novel tomorrow if I get a good night’s sleep.

For now, here are the latest numbers on my progress in my writing journey:

  • Number of Chapters (including the Prologue) Completed: 18 completed; one is approximately 80% complete
  • Number of Pages (6 in. X 9 in. sized pages, per Amazon’s preferred size for paperbacks: 426
  • Number of Words: 106,350
